Plastic Free Peninsula Logo Design
Today we started to design a logo for the Plastic Free Peninsula project. We needed to keep our drawings simple and without any colour.
Matariki Stars
Today we made some stars for Matariki. We had to follow instructions about folding and glueing.
Have a look at them on the windows.
Tomorrow we are going to try to write instructions to explain how we made them.

Sustainable Coastline Visit
As part of our Inquiry, we have been thinking about how we can make a positive change to our environment. You can find out more about their work at http://sustainablecoastlines.org/
Writing by Charlotte:
Te Kawa and Oliver from Sustainable Coastlines came into school today to talk about coastlines and waterways. They explained how we can keep the waterways clean. They also said why we shouldn't cut trees and why we should plant new trees .
